- Digital Delivery: All items sold on our website are downloadable digital files (PDF, PNG, JPG). No physical items will be shipped to you.
- Instant Access: Download links are provided immediately after payment confirmation. Free Printable PDF Files are always intant downloadable on singprinto.com
2. Intellectual Property & Usage License
All original designs, layouts, printable signs, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of signprinto.com and are protected by copyright laws.
- Granted License: When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal use or commercial projects as specified in the product description.
- Personal & Workplace Use: You may print unlimited physical copies for home, office, or physical retail spaces.
- Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or uploading original digital files to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch).
3. Purchases, Payments & Pricing
All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment processors (such as Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record).
- By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the provided payment method.
- Prices for our digital products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. Refund, Return & Support Policy
Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the download link has been provided.
5. Print Quality Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide print-ready, high-resolution files (300 DPI). Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, printer types, ink quality, and paper choice. Heavy cardstock (200gsm+) is recommended for best results.
signprinto.com shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products or website.
